公民黨就《濫毒家庭兒童支援措施》提交意見書

一名五歲的智障男童於本年初被發現在家猝死，及後死因裁判法庭認為其死因是誤服家中的甲基安非他明後死亡的虐待兒童案件。該案件引起公眾廣泛關注，亦令大眾關注政府是否對濫藥家庭兒童的支援是否足夠。
