公民黨就《私人遊樂場地契約政策檢討公眾諮詢》意見書

公民黨建議全面檢討並研究適量收回私人遊樂場地用地。雖然私人遊樂場地契約的發展原是為了舒緩公共體育設施不足的壓力及推動體育發展而設，公民黨亦絕對認同有關體育會過去的貢獻。惟發展至今，私人體育會發展為私人會所的趨勢越來越明顯，包括收取昂貴會費、發展大量商業活動等，遑論一般公眾更是難以使用有關設施。公民黨認為有關情況反映私人體育會偏離宗旨，突顯其政策荒謬。公民黨重申本建議書並非「仇富」，僅希望借此機會解決有關歪風。
