公民黨就《私營骨灰安置所條例草案》意見書

隨着香港人口不斷老化，骨灰龕位的供求愈趨緊張。鑒於現時的公營骨灰龕位只能在先人身故後才能由後人或親友提出申請，加上公營龕位的供應嚴重不足，私營骨灰安置所應運而生，並提供預先購買龕位的服務，回應市民需求。

不過，愈來愈多私營骨灰安置所在違反規劃許可、土地契約條款或建築物條例的情況下經營。部份私營骨灰安置所更相當接近民居，每逢春秋二祭時均會為鄰近居民帶來嚴重的交通問題，亦對鄰近居民構成滋擾和不安情緒。公民黨過去多年均接獲不少相關的投訴和意見，故一直相當關注私營骨灰安置所的規管政策，並倡議訂立相關法例。
