公民黨就《罕見疾病的政策及藥物》提交意見書

公民黨一直十分關注罕見疾病病人未獲政府重視的問題，一些罕見疾病病人在求醫時會遇到的問題是，因患者人數少，他們的治療及護理等方面的需要未能獲得重視，而審批資助罕見疾病病人使用賴以減慢病情惡化、甚至維持生命的治療程序及藥物的申請時，亦遇到過程緩慢、資助額不足的問題。
