意見書

公民黨就《自資專上教育》綜合意見書

多年來，無論是資助大學學士課程還是資助的大專院校副學位課程供應，都不能滿足符合入讀該等課程學生以及副學位課程畢業生的需求。希望繼續學業的莘莘學子唯有轉而報讀自資專上院校開辦的學士學位或副學位課程。隨着新高中學制的推行，更多學生將符合入讀自資專上院校課程的資格，更多自資專上院校亦應運而生。自資專上院校和其課程的監管，將成為一個越來越重要的議題。
