公民黨就《藝術發展局藝術範疇代表選舉制度》公眾諮詢意見書

藝術發展局是推動香港文化藝術發展最重要的機構，享有法定的地位和權力，亦有責任發揮其專業角色，協助政府當局研究、制訂、宣傳、執行和檢討香港的文化藝術政策，並協助分配相關的公共資源。因此，藝術發展局的董事局，必須有一定數目來自各個藝術範疇的專業藝術工作者作為成員，才能較有效地作出有利於藝術發展的決策。
