公民黨就《貧窮線》綜合意見書

香港的貧窮問題嚴重，若以國際標準計算，香港最新的堅尼系數是0.537，反映財富分佈不均的情況極嚴重。本港多年來均缺乏一個有效反映貧窮問題的指標，導致多年來的扶貧政策均成效不彰。而國際上多個國家或已發展地區，均已訂立貧窮線。就此，公民黨認同，政府必需盡速訂立貧窮線，以助訂立更清晰、更長遠的扶貧措施。
