意見書

公民黨就《道歉法例》的意見書

公民黨就《道歉法例》的意見書律政司於本年6月22日宣佈就制訂《道歉法例》展開公眾諮詢。政府制定此法例的意願是鼓勵道歉，但同時不影響任何個人及／或機構的法律責任和權利，並促進爭議雙方考慮以調解的方式解決爭議。公民黨認為，這三點意願是值得支持的。
