意見書

公民黨就《重新編配空置小販攤位建議安排的相關事宜》提交的意見書

小販作為發展社區經濟的重要一環，不但可讓基層市民小本經營，亦可傳承本地傳統文化。食物環境衞生署（食環署）計劃重新編配空置小販攤位，平均分配予四類申請者（即持牌報販、持牌流動小販、擁有五年或以上年資的登記助手及公眾人士）。公民黨認為，政府未有制訂全面小販政策，單靠重新編配攤位只是小修小補，根本無助振興地區經濟。
