意見書

公民黨就《長遠房屋策略》之意見書

公民黨認為，除建屋目標外，完整的長遠房屋策略也應為「適切居所」訂立原則，並按此檢視和調整現時房屋政策的各項措施，才能策略性地解決房屋問題。

要長遠解決房屋問題，土地供應和建屋選址也相當重要，公民黨建議政府考慮透過下列方法，在市區或已發展新市鎮尋找適當地點建屋，在滿足房屋需求的同時，提高市民尤其是居住環境欠佳住戶的居住質素︰
(1) 開發棕土
(2) 重建公共屋邨
(3) 鼓勵公營機構執行更多資助房屋項目
(4) 研究收回軍事用地
(5) 檢討丁屋政策，釋放多餘的預留丁地
