公民黨就《電子健康紀錄互通系統條例草案》意見書

電子健康紀錄互通系統為一套為公私營醫療服務提供者，提供資訊互通的系統平台。公民黨歡迎建立電子健康紀錄互通系統，令市民獲得更佳的治療方案，同時亦令醫護人員可以提供優質的醫療服務。但現時的條例並不完善，仍有不清之處，病人的私隱亦未獲得有效保障。在條例作出改善前，公民黨未能同意電子健康紀錄互通系統條例。
