公民黨就《飲品玻璃樽生產者責任計劃公眾諮詢》之初步回應

公民黨認為將玻璃樽轉化為環保磚只能夠是短期上的操作，原因是含有玻璃的地磚跟一般地磚並沒有太大的分別；加上本地製造商表示，環保地磚的價格較傳統地磚約高出25%，而造磚的過程亦需要消耗能源；長遠來說，將玻璃樽轉化為環保磚並非一個可持續發展的方向。

公民黨始終認為將廢玻璃樽回收後循環再用；要求飲品生產商將廢玻璃樽回收及清洗後再用才是最環保的方向。雖然回收、清洗及循環再用的成本會比再造玻璃樽為高，但這畢竟是一個對環境造成最低度影響的方向。
