意見書

公民黨就《香港土地供應的規劃》意見書

特首林鄭月娥於上任後指，房屋問題是今屆政府的「重中之重」，因此上任不久便成立「土地供應專責小組」（下稱「專責小組」），委任22名非官方成員及8名官方成員，檢視本港土地供應來源和現行措施，推動公眾討論，建立共識，以便政府制定策略。為期5個月的公眾諮詢於4月26日展開，提出十八個土地供應選擇，目的是推動社會廣泛討論不同土地供應選項的利弊、優次及取捨，並預計於12月發表報告，讓政府制訂開拓土地工作的整體策略。
