公民黨就《香港數碼廣播有限公司停止廣播服務事宜》綜合意見書

香港數碼廣播有限公司（D B C）因缺乏營運資金而需停止廣播服務，當中懷疑涉及政治因素，中聯辦透過不同渠道干預DBC運作，嚴重侵犯香港新聞自由，損害「一國兩制，高度自治」。可惜特區政府對此視若無睹，商務及經濟發展局局長蘇錦樑更聲稱事件純屬商業糾紛，拒絕介入調查。對於政府選擇漠視中聯辦在事件中的角色，公民黨表示極度遺憾，現要求有關當局能夠迅速回應公眾訴求，調查DBC是否因政治壓力而要停播。
