公民黨就《香港特別行政區根據《兒童權利公約》提交的第二次報告》意見書

香港特別行政區根據聯合國《兒童權利公約》提交第二次報告（下稱《報告》）。公民黨一直關心香港兒童，特別是處於弱勢環境的兒童的所面對的困難和遭遇的障礙，以及其成長和發展的需要。

公民黨就特區政府在《報告》中闡述本港數類弱勢兒童的內容，提出意見及建議。
