公民黨就《香港配方奶及相關產品和嬰幼兒食品的銷售守則》提交意見書

母乳代用品為大部份嬰幼兒的主要食糧，若其成份或安全出現問題，後果不堪設想，而是次政府計劃於今年中推出的《香港配方奶及相關產品和嬰幼兒食品銷售守則》（《香港守則》），由2010年起政府提出建議作規管，醞釀至今已有七年，公眾對此當然極為關注。

公民黨歡迎政府就36個月以下的嬰幼兒奶粉及食品的銷售行為進行規管。但公民黨認為，長遠應該進一步定下立法規管的時間表及相關罰則，以改善本港嬰幼兒在食品安全方面，一直得不到完善保障的困境。
