公民黨就《香港2030＋：跨越2030年的規劃遠景與策略》的意見書

政府公布的《香港2030＋跨越2030年的規劃遠景與策略》（下稱《2030＋》），只有盲撐基建，沒有政策遠見。公民黨認為，政府並無開誠佈公提供準確的基線數據，亦無與時並進檢討相應政策、適度改革；缺乏持續政策、沒有與民共議的所謂發展，只是以公帑造地，餵養地產，大開資本旋轉門，小惠未遍，卻自製基建泡沬。公民黨就《2030＋》諮詢文件中特別提及的規劃三大元素回應。
