公民黨就《2008年食物及藥物（成分組合及標籤）（修訂：關於營養標籤及營養聲稱的規定）規例》的意見書

香港現行法例並無訂明標示食物標籤的營養資料規格，對消費者健康未能有效保障。現時世界各地不少政府都規定市場出售的預先包裝食品需要加上營養標籤，香港作為國際城市，進口預先包裝食品種類很多，政府亦應該參照國際標準，建立一套切合香港的機制，作出食物營養標籤及營養聲稱的規定，保障消費者健康。公民黨提出5項意見。
