公民黨就《2015年促進循環再造及妥善處置(電氣設備及電子設備) (修訂)條例草案》的意見書

公民黨支持推行針對廢電器電子產品的生產者責任制，以妥善處理廢電器電子產品、切實推動惜物減廢和回收再造，以及落實「污染者自付」的原則，並讓廢物產生過程中的各個持份者承擔應有責任，從而減輕本港廢物處理設施的負擔及本港社會因處理廢物而衍生的社會成本。
