意見書

公民黨就《2015年山頂纜車(修訂)條例草案》意見書

對於政府當局建議透過修訂《山頂纜車條例》(第265章)，以確立2015年12月31日後山頂纜車經營權的批出及終止機制，以及把原屬運輸及房屋局局長擁有的權責轉移予商務及經濟發展局局長，反映山頂纜車的性質由公共運輸服務轉變為旅遊消閒設施，公民黨並不反對，但是對於條例草案中提及的退場機制和經營權的審批準則，公民黨認為有需要提出意見。
