公民黨就《2017年印花稅(修訂)條例草案》的意見書

政府曾於2010，2012與2013三年的三次修訂印花税，以應對物業市場過熱、打擊短期投機活動、遏抑外來需求和減低投資需求。

公民黨同意政府壓抑炒風的原意，但單靠增加從價印花稅未必能全面解決物業市場的問題，以及可能產生未預見的反效果。當局須仔細研究整全的配套措施，慎防適得其反。
