意見書

公民黨就《2017年吸煙(公眾衞生)(公告)(修訂)令》意見書

香港自2007年推行於煙草包裝上，印上佔面積50%、並有六款樣式的的圖像警示以取代文字警示後，已有十年未有更新。對於今次將煙包上的警告圖像由佔煙包面積擴大至佔85%；以及將警示式樣由6個增加至12個。公民黨表示歡迎。
