意見書

公民黨就「中區政府合署西座的擬議重建計劃」的意見書

政府早前發表「中區政府合署新貌 – 回復綠色中環」項目，擬議將中區政府合署西座拆卸，及重建成為5層高的商場及32層高的甲級寫字樓，並藉以出售政府土地。進行公眾諮詢期間，特首曾蔭權更發表「有些從政者想把政府總部西座留來放羊放牛」（譯文） 的言論，試圖以「放牛論」干擾諮詢。公民黨認為特首的言論是不可接受，並堅決反對政府出售政府山，爭取由人民規劃政府山。
