公民黨就「公共交通策略研究-小型巴士服務」意見書

無障礙交通在香港推行了接近二十年，現時香港公共交通工具均朝向無障礙方向發展。

現時，專利巴士(除新大嶼山巴士)新車均為低地台巴士，的士方面也開始有可供輪椅上落的鑽的及星群的士出現，港鐵也全線採用無障礙車廂設計，就連渡輪如天星小輪及新渡輪的港外線也可搭載輪椅乘客。可是，這也未能滿足長者及行動不便人士的交通需要。

至今，仍有兩種公共交通工具-小型巴士(公共小巴)及電車，仍未有提供可搭載輪椅的無障礙交通服務。
