公民黨就「公共租住房屋輪候時間」的立場書

設立公營房屋的目的，是為沒有能力租住私人樓宇的低收入家庭提供住所，本身已是基層市民的防護網。本港現時租金高企，意味正於輪候冊上等候上樓的基層人士生活困苦，政府必須正視。
