公民黨就「公開教師註冊資料」公眾諮詢意見書

去年申訴專員公署就教育局拒絕向公眾公開教師註冊資料進行主動調查並發表報告，批評有關做法影響公眾的知情權，更在報告中建議教育局進行公眾諮詢，以在公眾知情權和保障教師個人資料私隱的權利之間取得平衡，完善現行的公開教師註冊資料制度。

對於教育局因應申訴專員建議進行的公眾諮詢，公民黨原則上並不反對在充份保障教師個人資料私隱的情況下公開註冊教師的部份資料。具體而言，公民黨不反對公開註冊教師的姓名、註冊編號及屬於檢定教員抑或准用教員。但是對於公開其他教師資料，公民黨認為仍然需要更多的研究。
