意見書

公民黨就「初中中國歷史科課程微調修訂諮詢」意見書

自2009年新高中課程實施後，於高中階段選修中國歷史科的學生數目不斷下降。最近，教育局提出高中學生較少選擇中國歷史科的其中一個原因，是因為學生在初中階段未有足夠課時學習高中中國歷史科課程一半的中國近代史部份，因而建議就初中中國歷史科的課程，特別是針對各課題的建議教學進度作出調整，並計劃於2015/16學年起實施。

過去公民黨對於新高中課程及中國歷史科的推行均相當關注，亦認為是次教育局所謂的課程微調事實上會對中國歷史科的教學效果構成重大影響。因此公民黨希望透過本意見書表達對是次所謂的微調的強烈保留意見。
