意見書

公民黨就「提高自資專上教育界別的透明度和質素」的意見書

公民黨一直關注香港的專上教育政策，亦曾多次要求政府當局推動自資專上教育界別提升質素和管治水平，可惜政府當局在這方面的政策步伐相當緩慢，更經常以院校自主為名拒絕更積極地跟進自資專上院校剝削師生合理權益的行為，政府帶頭鼓吹教育市場化，令人難以接受。公民黨希望透過本意見書，表達對自資專上教育政策的意見。
