公民黨就「有關外籍家庭傭工的政策及規管職業介紹所」的意見書

要求政府加強規管外傭中介公司　保障僱主外傭權益

 

Erwiana被僱主虐打，全城震怒。記者採訪她，她稱曾經致電中介公司辭職但被拒絕，因為她仍有2,000多元介紹費未繳付[1]。不少外傭也受著債務困擾，她們要向財務公司借貸，才可支付逾萬元中介費用，來港工作。即使被虐也要啞忍。

 

公民黨認為，政府執法不嚴，加上政策漏洞，致使無良中介公司存在。公民黨促請政府加強打擊無良中介公司，外傭工作時減少擔憂，在危機時及時得到支援。
