公民黨就「標準工時委員會報告的跟進工作」意見書

政府在2013年4月成立標準工時委員會，歷時四年時間。最終，政府決定全盤採納標準工時委員會的建議，以「合約工時」方案代替標準工時立法，只在書面僱傭合約上列明月薪1.1萬元或以下的基層僱員的工時及加班補水不少於原有工資水平，或以相應補假作補償。政府亦強調不就標準工時立法，只稱實施合約工時兩年後才再作檢討。公民黨一直堅持，最低工資與標準工時必須雙軌同行，政府必須立法規管工時，訂明每週工時為44小時，最高工時為60小時，加班補水為1.5倍。
