公民黨就「檢討《建築物管理條例》」的意見書

根據政府統計顯示，截止2016年3月底，全港總共有超過10,000個業主立案法團。而《建築物管理條例》（香港法例第344章）便是規管法團行為守則的相關重要法律依據，因此該《條例》的修訂及執行必然會影響眾多業主的權益。公民黨多年來不斷要求政府當局檢討《條例》，堵塞漏洞、防止圍標及改善法團管理，可惜政府事隔10年才再次就條例內的條文作實質修改，以回應坊間要求改善條例的聲音。對於是次當局終於踏出第一步，公民黨認為雖然是姍姍來遲，但只有無奈接受。我們認為政府今次提出的建議內容方向雖然尚算正確，但力度不足，未能充分全面回應社會的訴求。
