公民黨就「為家庭暴力及性暴力受害人提供的庇護服務」意見書

公民黨一直關注家庭暴力及性暴力，一直致力監察政府當局如何處理上述問題。我們注意到，自從2009年警方設立「家庭事件」分類後，警方向社署呈報的家庭暴力個宗數應聲減少，但實質上家庭暴力個案數字不跌反升，嚴重家庭暴力事件更屢次發生，造成社會無法磨滅的創傷。已有婦女團體質疑警方隱瞞家暴，令家暴受害人無法得到保護及協助，最終釀成悲劇。
