意見書

公民黨就「租務管制」發表的意見書

近年，私人租金高企。單是2009年至2013年4年間，整體租金已大升5成4；實用面積少於40平方米的租盤，升幅更達6成。對部份家庭而言，租金可佔其家庭入息3成以上。大量家庭難以應付高昂租金，迫於無奈租住安全成疑的劏房，成為難以解決的社會問題。不少民間團體倡議研究重推「租務管制」，以解燃眉之急。
