意見書

公民黨就「驗毒助康復計劃」諮詢的意見書

近年政府在濫藥吸毒的問題上，推出了不少措施，如拍攝一系列廣告，向青年人灌輸吸毒濫藥所帶來的後遺症；於大埔區推行校園驗毒計劃；以及是次的「驗毒助康復計劃」諮詢文件。所有計劃均帶出政府對毒品零容忍、並希望遏止青少年濫藥吸毒取態。

禁毒常務委員會是次推出為期四個月的「驗毒助康復計劃」公眾諮詢，目的是及早辨識吸毒者，轉介社工或醫護人員跟進，接受戒毒或治療。
