公民黨就公共交通政策及角色定位作檢討-專營巴士服務之意見書

公民黨歡迎政府就公共交通政策及角色定位作檢討，但遺憾未有將「鐵路發展政策」一併納入是次檢討範圍，因為多條鐵路的落成，嚴重影響了專利巴士及公共小巴的行業的生態，引致市民乘車模式改變。
