公民黨就城巴有限公司及新大嶼山巴士有限公司專營權協議檢討公眾諮詢意見書
城巴有限公司（城巴）及新大嶼山巴士有限公司（新大嶼山巴士）的專營權協議將於2016年屆滿。政府當局現正就兩間巴士公司的專營權協議是否獲得延續及延續協議的條件進行公眾諮詢。
鑒於專營權協議條款是政府當局監管香港各間專營巴士公司運作上唯一具法律效力的機制，因此社會各持份者只能在每次巴士公司專營權檢討時，才可就規管巴士公司營運的機制提出意見及修訂。因此，社會必須好好把握這次城巴和新大嶼山巴士專營權協議檢討的機會，提出修訂專營權協議條款的建議，加強對兩間巴士公司服務質素的規管。
