意見書

公民黨就新元朗中心改變土地用途申請之意見書(城規會申請編號Y/YL/3)

公民黨自2007年起跟進鄰近西鐵元朗站及新元朗中心的發展規劃，認為在該地點興建屏風樓地產發展項目既不合理又不符合市民的期望，並一直呼籲政府應與受影響的元朗居民直接對話，以達致減低樓宇密度，改善居民生活質素的正確方向。
