公民黨就施政報告中增加學前教育資助的意見書

公民黨對施政報告中建議增加對學前教育的資助，包括為幼稚園提供一筆過發展津貼及以「學券」形式直接資助家長，表示歡迎。環顧英國、美國、加拿大及新加坡，以至毗鄰的澳門，均先後推行十至十三年免費教育，特區政府應在學前教育投放更多資源，增加對家長的資助，改善幼師培訓，從而鼓勵生育，推動可持續發展的人口政策，維持香港競爭力及長遠發展。不過，現時的學券制只包括非牟利幼稚園，獨立私營幼稚園的部份家長未能受惠。
