公民黨就檢討《華人廟宇條例》意見書

就政府公佈的諮詢文件而言，公民黨實在難以接受文件中闡述的政策方向。政府當局透過廢除《華人廟宇條例》部份條文並設立新的自願註冊機制，等同完任由華人廟宇無王管。雖然政府當局指現時已有多項法例可規管華人廟宇的運作，但公民黨認為有關機制並不足以代替《條例》本來對華人廟宇的運作起着的規範作用。
