公民黨就歧視條例檢討意見書

公民黨一直致力支持平機會的工作，消除歧視，建立多元共融社會。

平機會日前展開就歧視條例檢討的公眾諮詢，目的是要探討如何改善現行之歧視條例，進一步促進人人平等，其出發點值得肯定。

公眾諮詢的內容十分廣泛，公民黨尤其關注以下問題：
