公民黨就洪水橋新發展區第三階段社區參與的意見書

擬議洪水橋新發展區總面積為 714 公頃，預計可容納 21 萬 5 千人 口，首批人口將於 2024 年入伙。現時屯門及元朗區的人口為 50 萬及 60 萬，洪水橋新發展區住宅悉數落成後，整個新界西北的人口將超過 130 萬。公民黨特別關注新界西北的交通基建，無法承受洪水橋的新增人口。
