公民黨就私人發展項目內的公眾設施發表意見

公民黨於2009年2月16日出席了立法會發展事務委員會的特別會議，討論私人發展項目內的公眾設施問題。公民黨區議員容詠嫦及林有嫺均認為由小業主負擔私人發展項目內的公眾設施的巨額管理及維修費，並不公平。有關當局有責任釐清私人發展項目內的公眾設施的管理維修責任，以保障小業主的權益。
