意見書

公民黨就食物攙雜(金屬雜質含量)規例的建議修訂意見書

政府提出就食物攙雜金屬雜質含量作出修訂，以提高食物安全的準則，保障市民健康，公民黨對此表示歡迎，認為有需要盡快實施。因為過量吸收金屬雜質，對人體健康構成影響。收窄食物的金屬雜質含量標準，能保障市民健康。惟是次建議中，部分的食物容許的金屬雜質含量不跌反升，未能加強對市民的保障。就此，公民黨提出以下意見。
