公民黨現階段對「西九文化區」計劃的關注

要成功創造和建設「人文的西九」，要讓「文化香港」的氧份及「人文都會」的神韻逐漸滋生和擴散，並使能夠持續不斷地滲透這一片位處城市中央的文化填海區，西九的文化規劃必須主導其城市規劃及相關的發展項目；整體而言，這四十公頃的空間規劃，必須以文化發展的方針和文化規劃的原則為依歸。
