公民黨要求設立職業傷病復能復職基金建議書

1953年，香港參考由1943年英國的《工人賠償法案》制訂並實施《僱員補償條例》，為的是保障僱員於受僱工作期間因工而遭到意外以致傷亡，或僱員患上條例指明的職業病時，僱員能得到適切的補償。然而，有關的制度已採用了超過60年，民間有不少的聲音要求修訂相關的法例以符合時代的需要，亦可填補已存的漏洞。
