回應私營骨灰龕場發牌制度公眾諮詢文件

政府當局今天公佈諮詢文件，就私營骨灰龕場進行為期三個月的公眾諮詢。本人認為發牌規管私營骨灰龕場為社會共識，政府當局必須火速完成立法工作。對於 政府需要遲至 2013 年第四季才能向立法會提交條例草案，本人認為進度實在太慢，對於政府當局仍考慮豁免部份未完全符合規定的龕場於發牌制度以外，本人感到失望，認為此舉等同特赦違規龕場，立下不良先例。
