就香港特區根據聯合國《兒童權利公約》提交的第二次報告舉行的審議會 公民黨意見書

香港一直沒有為兒童制訂一套獨立和全面的政策目標和行動計劃。特區政府在回應聯合國兒童權利委員會提出，有關香港是否制定並實施了全面的兒童行動計劃時，指出家庭是守護和養育兒童的最佳環境，所以政府的政策是維繫和鞏固家庭凝聚力，發展互助互愛的人際關係，協助個人和家庭成員預防和應付個人和家庭問題。
