強制實施《建築物能源效益守則》公民黨之立場

世界各先進國家經已以立法強制建築物提升整體能源效益與減少溫室氣體排放的要求。香港作為世界級城市，這項工作實在刻不容緩。

既然過去九年來實施自願遵守的《建築物能源效益守則》成效不彰，因此公民黨原則上同意香港應強制實施《建築物能源效益守則》，政府應及早制定有關法例。
