文化軟件發展意見書

西九文化區的硬件設施，包括博物館和各表演設施已陸續動工，香港市民期待即將能夠享用區內國際級水平的文化藝術設施。近年因着香港的文化藝術團體不斷努力，香港人的文化藝術水平和本地的文化藝術軟件發展漸趨成熟。公民黨相信，在西九文化區內各文藝設施正式開放以後，肯定會為香港的文藝發展締造更堅固的基礎。
