有關競爭政策及制訂公平競爭法的研究第二號工作報告

社會上有關競爭法的辯論已經進行了近十五年之久。港督彭定康早於1992 年已在他的首份施政報告中，宣佈有意制訂全面的競爭政策。現時世界上差不多超過100 個國家已訂立競爭法, 但唯獨香港卻仍然停留於辯論的階段。為什麼香港在這方面較國際社會落後這麼多？
